INTO THE WOODS - SET DESIGN


This is a set design I did for Lindbjerg Academy's production of "Into the Woods" in 2004. This was early on in my career. The builders I had for this was Jeff Cox and Jay Pynn. Enjoy the pics and commentary.

THIS IS CINDERELLAS MOTHER'S TREE, COOL GHOST EFFECT INSIDE.



STARTS WITH WIRE, THEN PAPER MACHE THEN GLUE AND BURLAP.

TOWER IS MADE FROM BURLAP AS WELL.



TOWER ROOF IS CARDBOARD SHINGLES

JAY PAINTS ON THE GLUE

STYROFOAM ROCKS ON THE STOVE
